....just a quiet shy person trying to get through life alive
It's about time I added some more here, so here goes...
* I used to be very active in church, community service, organizations and more when I was younger, but since I developed fibro,about all I can do is work and sleep I am feeling better due to changes in my diet, exercise and massage and chiropractic care.
* I have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and hypothyroidism, possible PCOS too
* I am a conservative. If you don't really know what that is and only think in labels and stereotypes and can't maturely accept other points of view, don't get into a political discussion with me and we'll get along fine.
* I have a strong interest in politics and what's going on in the world
* I'm in a jazz ensemble of 18 members that performs choral jazz of jazz standards and big band
* I like to read, especially fantasy, my new genre is urban fantasy
* I'm a politics/news/talk radio junkie.
* I have lost 175 lbs total via the Atkins Diet (no surgery, no pills, just high fat, low carb done correctly) and still going, this time for good. I'm eating this Way for Life and love it!
